Getting to Islesford

Ferries and Boats
Islesford is located on Little Cranberry Island, off the coast of Maine.

Public ferry boats leave from Northeast Harbor and Southwest Harbor on a regular basis during the summer.

If you are bringing your own boat, there is often docking space either at the Town Dock or at the Islesford Dock, or someone there will help you find a mooring.

Cranberry Cove Ferry


Daily passenger ferry service between Southwest Harbor/Manset and the Cranberry Isles begins May 23, 2015.

Delight Water Taxi

Cadillac Water Taxi

The Cadillac water taxi provides an on-demand service for the Cranberry Isles and the surrounding area year round. The Cadillac is a 26' lobster yacht with a fully-enclosed heated pilot house. Her captain, Josh Gray, holds a USCG masters captain license.
